The photo series shows Mohr / Lockemann contemplating objects from the romantic Carl Gustav Carus collection at the Alte Nationalgalerie, Berlin. The protagonists seem lost in a kind of distanced observation of artefacts representing nature. Sometimes they are presented as observers seen from behind. Their clothing suggests that they come "from outside", which somehow connects them with the cited nature.
