The artists run a sausage stand. The architecture of the kiosk reflects the image of  Renaissance architecture, what is depicted on the 50-Euro-banknote. The banknotes of the Euro-currency present in chronological order reflecting the styles of european architecture. These built-woks don't exist in reality, they only represent a style, almost virtual. It seems to be an involuntary analogy to the virtual value of money and the non transparent function of the financial market. In the history of architecture, it was mainly the Greek temple, which was considered representative and ideal, it is also cited in the Renaissance. The work takes an ironic reference and portrays the melting away of ideals: "Sausage, but organic."
