Die Serie untersucht Figuren und Posen des Ausdruckstanzes in ihren Wirkungen als Symbole körperlicher und geistiger Freiheit. Ausdruckstänzer der 20er Jahre ließen sich im Kontext mit Landschaft, oft grandiose Seen- oder Berglandschaften, fotografieren. Mohr / Lockemann transferieren die Gesten des Tanzes, die sie in alltäglicher oder Arbeitskleidung ausführen, in eine Nutzlandschaft, die bestimmt ist durch Produktion, Intensivierung und Optimierung. Die Gesten werden auf ihre Wirkung in diesem neuen Zusammenhang befragt.

The series explores figures and poses of expressive dance and their effects as symbols of physical and mental freedom. Expressive dancers of the 20s often let themselves be photographed in the context of landscapes, often in front of spectacular lakes or mountain landscapes. Mohr / Lockemann transfer the gestures of the dance, which they perform in everyday and work clothes, into a landscape, which is characterized by production, intensification and optimization. The gestures and their effects are investigated in this new context.
